SEN Provision

In the first instance, our class teachers raise any concerns with our SEN specialist. In-class support is given, where possible by our teachers or by our small team of experienced Learning Support Assistants, guided by our SEN specialist.

Should a child need additional one-to-one, or group support, our SEN specialist provides a 30 minute intervention session at no additional cost. Where needs are greater than this allocated time, additional costs are charged.

All interventions are personalised, based on pupil’s individual needs and learning styles. They range from phonic and numeracy programmes, which target specific areas of difficulty, through to highly personalised, 1 to 1 tuition.

Our facilities include a dedicated Learning Support classroom with computer workstations and IWB, and access to a variety of specialist resources.
